When it comes to personal trainers, James Malvesti is beyond compare. I first started training with James eight months ago and I remember our first session clearly. First, James had me engage in several exercises to determine my baseline fitness level. Next, he sat down with me and we intensely discussed my fitness goals. James asked me all of the right questions so that he could 100% individualize my training experience. We discussed how long it would take to reach my goals and James also guided me through proper nutrition. I remember being immediately impressed by the level of attention James was providing me with and his genuine enthusiasm about me being able to reach my goals. The workout routines that James creates are unique, challenging, and take your breath away, literally! I reached the goals for myself that I had shared with James during our first training session and now I am working on a new set of fitness goals with James. With James’ knowledge and passion for fitness, expertise, and positive and encouraging attitude, reaching any goal is possible!

James did a great job helping me get into shape, both through twice-weekly training sessions and nutrition, in time for my wedding. He constantly changed up the workouts, and I lost inches in multiple places as a result. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I had an initial evaluation and initial workout this morning with James at home Easiest FIVE STARS rating. I have studied karate, dance, yoga and had trainers recently but I learned more about my body, how and where and why I need to stretch.  H corrected my form on basic exercises and I cam’t wait for another session.

I have been training with James for about 9 months. From day one, I began to see results from the way I felt, the level of energy I had, and the way I looked. Within the first three months I lost 25 pounds, and that shows how effective James is. He personalizes all of the training sessions to make sure that you reach your goals whether your goal is to run a 10k, do fitness competitions, become a skillful boxer or lose 7 inches off your waist. I worked with other trainers before and none were as effective as James. He is very professional, and very passionate about the work that he does.

I have known and worked with James for almost two years now and cannot recommend him highly enough. With his help and support, I have not only lost weight and inches, but have gained an invaluable skill in learning how to box coming from a background in yoga, who knew I had a decent knuckle punch?? I absolutely love it. James provides professional in-home training services where proper form and technique are essential. I am always impressed at how he can be a real stickler for detail while at the same time making his workouts vigorous and challenging. Working in the fitness industry myself, I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of personal trainers over the years. James is the most dedicated, hard-working, and knowledgeable trainer I know.
